It is my privilege to be a professional coach and I deeply love the work I do. I help leaders deepen their self-awareness, recognize their strengths, mitigate their weaknesses, and develop their leadership styles with confidence and humility. I also help mentor new coaches through their coach certification process as well as offer support in achieving mental fitness as a certified Positive Intelligence® Coach.

Beyond my professional qualification as an International Coaching Federation PCC-certified Co-Active® coach, I am an international best-selling author and host of the I Am Virago podcast. I hold a B.A., Communications - University of Washington, MBA-Sustainable Business - Pinchot Programs at Presidio Graduate School, and am a graduate of the CTI Leadership Program.

My coaching tradition, Co-Active Coaching, taught me to hold all of my clients as “naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.” This means I fundamentally believe you are capable of achieving your goals. It also means I will passionately hold you accountable to realizing those goals.

WHAT IS VIRAGO?
Today, Virago is a derogatory word for bold women. When pulling up images for "Virago", words like "Jezebel" and "bitchy" show up. My quest is to reclaim the word Virago for all bold, ambitious, and strong women around the world. ​
